Responsibilities:

• Full management and control of development
• Complete immersion in the domain and the product
• Communication with product managers/top-level department managers for planning development tasks, the position implies a C-level role
• Designing architecture, API, databases, infrastructure
• Determining the tech stack for new tasks, selecting optimal infrastructure
• Review and full control of developers (team of ~10 people under your supervision)
• Opportunity to personally implement complex components (in Python/Go)

Tech Stack: Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic, Kubernetes, Concurrency.

Requirements:

• At least 4-6 years of commercial backend development experience (experience with Go/Python is a plus)
• Experience in managing a development team, implementing projects from scratch
• Experience in building high-load services
