Team Lead Go (Golang)

About the company RedSMS is a B2B platform for SMS communications, operating in the market since 2013. We ensure reliable and instant message delivery for businesses: authorizations, confirmations, marketing campaigns. We are currently building a new high-load platform from scratch and are looking for a technical leader who will take full responsibility for its launch.

Responsibilities — Design the architecture of high-load microservices: the platform processes business-critical client operations in real-time — Bring the platform to production: test → preprod → prod, set up deployment, rollbacks, and monitoring — Hire and build a team: Senior Go developers, DevOps, QA — under your leadership — Migrate clients from the old PHP platform to the new one — safely and without losses — Establish CI/CD, review processes, SLA/SLO — Work with external integrations and telecom operator APIs — Implement AI tools to increase development speed

Technology Stack Backend: Go (Golang), gRPC, microservices architecture Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis Queues and streaming: Redpanda, RabbitMQ Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, VictoriaMetrics Frontend: React, TypeScript

Who we are looking for — 6+ years in backend development, highload projects, or architecture — 3+ years of actual engineering team management: hiring, development, retention — Deep knowledge of Go: concurrency, standard library, design patterns — Experience launching a product in production from scratch — not just supporting an existing one — Understanding of message queues and stream processing — Ability to take responsibility for deadlines and quality, not to shift it to the team Will be a plus: experience in telecom or messaging infrastructure, working in startups, implementing AI tools in development

Conditions — Hybrid format: 3 days in the office (m.
