☑️ Responsibilities -Develop and evolve backend services in Go within a microservice architecture -Design REST and gRPC APIs, integrations with external systems and message brokers -Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL, design data schemas, optimize queries and transactions -Use Redis for caching and inter-service communication -Ensure performance, scalability, and fault tolerance of services -Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews -Participate in architecture design, task decomposition and estimation, release planning -Support services post-release, analyze logs, metrics, and incidents
☑️ Candidate Requirements -Experience in commercial Go development for at least 3 years for Middle+ level and at least 6 years for Senior -Solid knowledge of Go, standard library, goroutines, channels, context, and sync primitives -Experience in developing microservices, designing APIs, and inter-service integrations -Practical experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including indexes, transactions, and SQL query optimization -Experience using Redis and at least one message broker in production -Experience with Docker, Git, Linux, and CI/CD -Skills in writing unit and integration tests, profiling, and diagnosing services -Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, error handling, and logging -Experience participating in code reviews and architectural discussions -Self-reliance, systemic thinking, and readiness to take responsibility for results -Would be a plus: -Experience in fintech, telecom, or cloud platforms -Experience in developing high-load and distributed systems -Practical experience operating services in Kubernetes -Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and alerting systems -Understanding of replication, sharding, retries, and backpressure principles -Participation in production incident investigations and improvement of SLO and SLA -Experience with SIP, WebRTC, or service meshes -Practice of profiling Go services using pprof -Experience mentoring less experienced developers
