A Little About Us:

We create and develop the Basis SDN solution for organizing software-defined networks based on Open vSwitch (OVS) and Open Virtual Network (OVN) open technologies. Basis SDN provides advanced capabilities for centralized management and segmentation of virtual networks, defining security parameters, and ensuring connections to external and internal cloud resource networks.

Key Task:

Development, expansion, and optimization of Basis SDN. You will work on network management logic that translates high-level policies into low-level OVS and OVN configurations.

Responsibilities:

· Development and support of high-load backend services in Golang for the SDN platform;

· Design and optimization of data schemas in PostgreSQL (primary database for storing configurations, device states, user data);

· Development of ETL processes for loading and processing network telemetry (metrics, logs, flow data) into ClickHouse;

· Creation and optimization of complex SQL queries and aggregations in ClickHouse for analytical reports and dashboards;

· Development of gRPC and REST APIs for internal microservice interaction and for external clients (UI, orchestration systems);

· Participation in the design and implementation of asynchronous task processing using message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ);

· Writing unit and integration tests, conducting code reviews, participating in service architecture development;

· Integration with monitoring systems and creation of metrics for tracking service health.

What We Expect:

Higher Education (preferably completed technical degree)

· Go development experience from 2 years;

· Deep understanding of relational databases and practical experience with PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, query optimization);

· Experience with ClickHouse;

· Ability to design efficient data schemas and write optimized SQL queries;

· Experience developing REST/gRPC APIs;

· Understanding of microservice architecture principles and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);

· Knowledge of version control systems (Git), understanding of CI/CD principles.

· English language proficiency for reading technical documentation

· Knowledge and experience: Go, Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Backend Development, REST API, gRPC, Kubernetes, SDN
