Requirements: Go: experience from 3 years, deep knowledge of the language, concurrency, runtime, GC, memory model, and Generics. Profiling (pprof, trace), optimization, and development of high-load, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. Testing: unit-, integration-, e2e-tests, mocks, table tests. API and DB: gRPC, REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, ORM, caching, and query optimization. Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD. Microservices, DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, EDA, SAGA, CQRS, Circuit Breaker, Retry; monolith decomposition. TCP/UDP, go mod, SemVer, vendor. Code review, teamwork, Scrum/Kanban, SRE basics (SLI/SLO/SLA). Plus: Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd), Python, Java, C++.
