QLAN is a technology integrator implementing end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and government structures.
Tasks:
- Designing and developing backend services in Go
- Participating in system architecture design and making technical decisions
- Developing and supporting APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrations with external services
- Optimizing the performance and reliability of high-load services
- Working with databases and message queues
- Code reviews, mentoring middle developers, participating in the formation of development standards
Requirements:
- Commercial Go development experience of 4+ years
- Deep understanding of concurrency in Go (goroutines, channels, context)
- Experience in designing microservice architecture
- Confident work with PostgreSQL, understanding indexes and query optimization
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Experience writing tests (unit, integration)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with ClickHouse / Redis
- Experience setting up monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience integrating LLM/AI services into the backend
- Experience working in an outsource/outstaff format
