Raft Digital Solutions is an accredited IT company specializing in custom AI-based solution development. The team develops platform backend services for mobile applications: high-load services and infrastructure components that enable product teams to launch new features faster.
☑️ Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-load Go backend services for mobile platforms
- Develop technical solutions for integration tasks of varying complexity, design APIs and inter-service communication
- Be responsible for the technical state of services and codebase, independently identify and resolve architectural and technical issues
- Design solutions considering performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and SLO requirements
- Participate in the entire functionality lifecycle — from requirement and architecture elaboration to development, testing, release, and production operation
- Develop testing, code review, and engineering quality practices within the team
- Ensure service delivery and operation through CI/CD and Kubernetes
- Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and improve services to prevent recurrence
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial Go development experience (advanced senior level)
- Experience with high-load systems (10+k RPS scale)
- Experience in designing and developing backend services and distributed systems: decomposition, component interaction, state management, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL: indexes, transactions, isolation levels, locks, concurrent data access, query optimization
- Practical experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.): delivery semantics, message ordering, reprocessing, idempotency, and fault tolerance
- Deep understanding of concurrency and multithreading in Go: goroutines, channels, mutex/atomic, context, race conditions, synchronization, and goroutine lifecycle management
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD, understanding of production system operation principles
- Experience in designing and implementing gRPC communication
