🔹Main Tasks: -Development of backend services in Go -Creation and support of integrations via Kafka, RabbitMQ, HTTP, and gRPC -Participation in architecture design (microservices) and technical decision-making -Work with high-load and distributed systems -Design and optimization of data storage schemas -Participation in the full functionality lifecycle: from requirements elaboration to production release -Code Review, improving code quality, and developing team engineering practices -Support and development of CI/CD processes -Improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of services -Interaction with related teams and participation in elaboration of business requirements

🔹What we expect from candidates: -Commercial development experience in Go for 5+ years -Experience with high-load systems -Solid SQL knowledge, experience with PostgreSQL -Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers -Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY) and practical experience applying them -Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD -API design and inter-service communication skills -Experience designing backend services and distributed systems -Understanding of operations, monitoring, and production system maintenance processes -Experience with gRPC -Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse will be a plus
