Requirements:

— Deep understanding of Golang runtime, SQL, microservice architecture, Event Driven Development patterns — Understanding of concurrent/parallel programming principles — Desire to lead development and guide people — Mentoring — Leadership and team management experience of 3+ years (from hiring and onboarding to task setting and performance evaluation)

Responsibilities:

— Development of new product services — Support for the operation of old services — Design of new services and database development — Team management: task distribution, deadline control, meetings — Technical leadership: architecture, code reviews, technology selection — Mentoring: one-to-one, development, feedback — Communication: working with business, stakeholders — Hiring: interviews, onboarding new employees — Responsibility: final result of the team and product.
