Responsibilities:
- Managing the development team.
- Writing code and conducting code reviews.
- Participating in team hiring and development.
- Establishing modern processes.
- Backlog management: task distribution and progress control.
- Training and developing team members.
Requirements:
- Team Lead experience of 2+ years.
- Development experience of 6+ years.
- Experience organizing task management processes.
- Expert level in Golang or Java.
- Understanding of design patterns theory and practical application skills.
- Systems thinking, ability to view problems holistically while also delving into details.
- Negotiation skills with business stakeholders.
Bonus points:
- Banking experience.
- Mobile development experience with Kotlin/Swift.
