Backend Tech Lead (Golang/PHP)

One of the key products is DeoVR, a leading VR streaming technology used by millions of users worldwide. We are currently expanding the boundaries of video, moving from passive viewing to interactive multiplayer scenarios.

Role: Tech Lead in the Billing team. You will lead the technical direction, remain hands-on, and be responsible for the architecture of billing services and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the billing services architecture, system design of new features
• Team leadership: mentoring, code reviews, code quality, incident management and post-mortems
• SLI/SLO, technical debt, coordination with adjacent teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Golang and PHP with tech leadership experience
• Production experience with Go
• MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Backend architecture design (API, data flows)
• English B1+

• Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Experience with video and transcoding
• SLI/SLO in production
