📌 About the project: Andersen is looking for a Go Developer to work on high-load backend solutions. The team is involved in developing scalable services, complex business logic, application architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.

🔧 Project Stack: Go, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, NATS, gRPC, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, ELK

📌 Responsibilities:

Development and support of scalable backend services; Architecture design and implementation of new features; Working with high-load systems and complex business logic; Participation in code reviews and architectural discussions; Ensuring code quality, testability, and reliability; Full ownership of service lifecycle: development, monitoring, and production support; Development of observability solutions (metrics, logs, dashboards, tracing); Participation in Agile processes.

🔺Requirements:

5+ years of commercial backend development experience, including 5+ years of practical Go experience; Solid knowledge of Go and experience using its features in production; Good SQL knowledge, database schema design, and query optimization; Experience working with MySQL and high-load systems; Hands-on experience with Redis; Experience with inter-service communication via gRPC and message brokers; Understanding of microservice architecture principles; Experience building monitoring and diagnostics solutions: metrics, logging, dashboards, tracing; Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; Experience writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code; Proficient Git user and experience with code review processes; Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps; English language — Intermediate+.

➕Will be a plus:

Experience with Kafka/NATS/RabbitMQ; Knowledge of Terraform or Pulumi; Experience optimizing Go services (pprof, trace); Experience with AWS; Using AI tools for development (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
