TEAM LEAD GO — an analytical platform for traders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product: analyze and validate incoming requests for new features, translate them into specific technical and product requirements, ensure alignment with the company's business goals.
• Interact with other development teams to ensure smooth integration and timely implementation of functionality.
• Collaborate with the project manager to align technical implementation with product strategy and task deadlines.
• Participate in recruiting processes: conduct technical interviews and assist new employees with onboarding.
• Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components with a focus on architectural integrity and team collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Hold regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and support team development.
• Interact with DevOps engineers to organize an efficient release process and set up CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong backend development skills in Go.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead (architecture, team motivation and development).
• Understanding of distributed systems design patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
