Our team is developing one of the key products at the intersection of Social Commerce and AdTech. The project is a little over a year and a half old — it has already successfully passed the establishment phase, gained about 10 thousand active advertisers and 40 thousand content creators, and continues to grow actively. We are creating a platform that unites advertisers, content creators, and audiences, making advertising as natural, useful, and effective as possible. We are developing native advertising tools that organically become part of the user experience, as well as influence- and performance-marketing technologies that allow advertisers to achieve measurable results and creators to effectively monetize their content.

In addition to the direct advertising focus, we are actively developing the Social Commerce product — one of the fastest-growing areas of the digital economy. Purchases are increasingly made based on recommendations from creators and communities, and high-quality content is becoming an important part of the user's journey to purchase. We are building a platform that helps brands, creators, and users interact as effectively as possible, combining modern advertising technologies, analytics, and monetization tools.

What you will do

You will lead the development of the creator direction — one of the strategic domains of the platform. This is where opportunities for attracting, developing, and monetizing content creators are created, without which the development of Social Commerce and influence-marketing is impossible. This direction directly impacts the product's value for the entire ecosystem and is one of the key drivers of its further growth.

Tasks

• Define the technical development of the domain and make architectural decisions
• Participate in system design of services
• Lead the domain development team: plan work, decompose tasks, and monitor their execution
• Develop the engineering culture of your team, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
• Collaborate with product teams to find optimal technical solutions for implementing business tasks
• Ensure the reliability and quality of developed services

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial backend development experience
• At least three years of Go development experience
• Technical leadership experience or a desire to transition into a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
• Experience in designing distributed systems
• Proficient knowledge of PostgreSQL and in-memory storage
• Understanding of network interaction principles
• Knowledge of classic algorithms and data structures
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Ability to make architectural decisions and take responsibility for the team's technical development

Will be a plus

• Experience in AdTech, Social Commerce, influence- or performance-marketing
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Experience developing engineering teams and mentoring
