Location and Citizenship: Russian Federation, Moscow** (Remote). Rate: up to 310,000 RUB net (Individual Entrepreneur / Self-Employed). Term: from 1 year (monthly payment). Tech Stack: Java, Kafka, Postgres, Microservice architecture.
Responsibilities: — Lead a cross-functional Operational CRM team. — Manage and prioritize the backlog, adapt plans to business requests. — Design systems architecture from scratch and develop current solutions. — Decompose tasks, describe User Stories, and agree on results with stakeholders. — Monitor deadlines, ensure stability in production, and motivate the team. — Promote the product within the bank (CIB block).
Requirements (Must have): — Team Lead experience in Agile teams for at least 2 years. — In-depth experience in microservice architecture design. — Experience in system performance optimization. — Ability to create a product roadmap and clear technical specifications for development. — Skills in multitasking and working with a large number of clients.
➕ Bonus points: — Experience in the banking sector (especially CIB / Legal Entities). — Java development background. — Practical experience with Postgres and Kafka.
