🔷 Position: Team Lead Backend (Java)

LogicBPM is creating its own Low-code platform for business application development and process automation. Our goal is to create a technological product that will become a leader in its category. We are currently looking for a Team Lead Backend (Java) to lead a team of 7 people and influence not only the team's processes but also the technical development of the product.

🔷 Work format: fully remote 🔷 Employment: full-time 🔷 Company name: LogicBPM 🔷 Salary: 360,000 – 400,000 RUB before tax deduction

🔷 VACANCY DESCRIPTION:

• Design, execute, and manage Java application development stages. • Participate in the architectural development of software products. • Analyze, research, and propose ideas for new software solutions. • Maintain clean and complex code that others can work on. • Debug and test software. • Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and other issues in the code and propose ways to resolve and/or improve them. • Write efficient, testable, and reliable code. • Stay updated on alternative technologies and innovations. • Build processes within the team (7 people reporting to you), plan sprints, describe tasks, conduct reviews. • Mentor and develop the professional skills of team members.

🔷 WHAT ARE OUR MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR YOU AT THE START?

• High proficiency in Java 17+ and deep knowledge of its ecosystem • Excellent understanding of OOP, architectural, and design patterns • Deep understanding of microservice architecture • Experience developing scalable applications • Ability to write clean, efficient, and understandable Java code • Experience with Spring (MVC, Security, Core, Boot, Data) and/or Quarkus • Experience with JPA/Hibernate • Knowledge of PostgreSQL • Experience with Kafka • Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes • Ability to work with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Confluence • Experience managing and/or mentoring developers

🔷 WHAT ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS DO WE HAVE FOR YOUR CANDIDATURE?

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position • Experience developing high-load and horizontally scalable applications • Experience with MongoDB • Experience with BPM systems • Desire to follow industry developments and learn new technologies
