Hello, our future colleague! We, LogicBPM company, are currently looking for a Team Lead for one of our products — the Low-code platform.

About us in brief:

LogicBPM is a Russian team of experts in software development for business process management and automation.

We are creating our own Low-code platform, which allows companies to quickly develop and implement business applications, automate processes, and create solutions for business needs without having to develop a system from scratch every time.

We use a modern technology stack, microservice architecture, and pay special attention to the system's scalability, performance, and reliability.

Your tasks:

• Design, execute, and manage Java application development stages.
• Participate in the architectural development of software products.
• Analyze, research, and propose ideas for new software solutions.
• Maintain clean and complex code that others can work on.
• Debug and test software.
• Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and other issues in the code and propose solutions and/or improvements.
• Write efficient, testable, and reliable code.
• Stay informed about alternative technologies and innovations.
• Build internal team processes (7 people under your supervision), plan sprints, describe tasks, conduct reviews.
• Mentor and develop the professional skills of team members.

Mandatory requirements for your candidacy:

• High proficiency in Java (17+) and extensive knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of various design and architectural patterns.
• Ability to write reusable Java libraries.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and easy-to-read Java code.
• Extensive understanding of the core principles of scalable application design.
• Proficiency in the following technologies/tools:
  • Spring (mvc, security, core, boot, data) and/or Quarkus;
  • JPA/Hibernate;
  • PostgreSQL;
  • Kafka;
  • Docker, docker-compose, Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with BitBucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Confluence systems.

Will be a plus:

• More than three years of experience in a similar position.
• Desire to keep up with the industry as it evolves.
• Experience in developing high-load, horizontally scalable applications.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with BPM systems.

• Salary based on the results of the final interview with the director: from 360,000 RUB before tax deduction to 400,000 RUB before tax deduction.
