Salary: 160,000 – 215,000 ₽ Company: 💻 Kodeks-IT Grade: Senior Location: Russian Federation (remote or hybrid; Work experience required: from 4 years | Employment: full-time (until the end of 2026 with extension)

Project Description: Modernization and refactoring of a large-scale federal HR platform. Improving architecture, optimizing performance, developing key system components.

📋 Requirements:

— Higher education, age from 25 years — Commercial Java experience 4+ years, confident knowledge of Java 8+ — Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns — Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data, Cloud) — Kafka (setup, producers/consumers, stream processing) — Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/Oracle), SQL knowledge (query optimization, indexes) — Experience in developing and supporting backend applications in industrial operation — Decomposition of business requirements into technical tasks

➕Will be a plus:

— Docker, Kubernetes (orchestration, deployment, helm) — .NET Core 8 (C# development experience) — Experience in designing high-load, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems — Monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and logging (ELK/Loki) — CI/CD (GitLab CI/Jenkins/GitHub Actions) — OAuth2, JWT, FSTEC
