Java Engineer (Senior / Strong Middle+)

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a Java engineer to join a product team that develops a high-load omnichannel messaging platform. The focus is on highload, integrations, accelerating delivery to production, and operational quality.

💬 About the product:

High-load omnichannel messaging platform – the "heart" of the business (300–350 million messages per month). Channels: SMS, messengers/social networks (VK, OK, Viber, WhatsApp), push, Telegram (including bots, OTP/verification). Model – vendor platform: the platform is sold as a product, including to operators.

👨💻 What you will do:

– Participate in the design and development of a high-load messaging platform – Develop components and integrations with clients' external systems – Adapt the current product to client requests and participate in the development of the next platform version – Automate service delivery to production and reduce time-to-market through CI/CD – Participate in incident investigation in production, conduct postmortems, and improve reliability

☝️ What is important:

– Senior / Strong Middle+: 5+ years of commercial Java backend development experience – Commercial experience with microservice architecture (candidates with exclusively monolithic backgrounds will not be considered) – Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud at a confident practical level – Databases: confident SQL (complex queries) + practical experience with PostgreSQL – Message brokers: practical experience (Kafka / RabbitMQ or equivalent) – Gradle (or another build system) – Docker and Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)

➕ Will be a plus:

– Redis, ClickHouse – Experience with highload and integration products – Experience in a platform product model (vendor/platform)

– Remote work from Russia (MSK time zone +/- 2 hours) – Employment with a Russian legal entity, under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (has accreditation) – Platform product with high load; influence on architecture, reliability, and delivery speed to production
