Technical Director of a Product Tribe

In MTS-Bank, Technical Directors for Product Tribes are required.

Requirements:

• Love and be able to "do technology and architecture". Practical engineering experience is a big plus
• Entrepreneurial approach. Understanding that the results are brought not by FTEs in the HR budget, but by a resource that has weight in the P&L of the division. And the ability to manage this resource
• Ability to build processes and gather strong people around you
• Metrics are our everything. You cannot qualitatively manage what you cannot measure
