Alfa-Bank is looking for a Data Partner.
What you will be doing:
- Forming the vision, strategy, and Roadmap for the development of customer business processes using existing and new data solutions (reporting, analytics, automation)
- Auditing expenses for vendor tasks
- Managing a team – recruitment, onboarding, development, termination
- Defining and agreeing on DoD within business tasks
- Collecting/analyzing user feedback on the completeness and quality of the team's work
- Consulting business units on all matters related to the data domain
- Ensuring successful cross-functional interaction with adjacent teams
- Managing key projects for business lines
- Informing business units (including line leaders) about failures/delays/changes in released data products
Requirements:
- Management experience with a team of data engineers/system analysts
- Experience with financial/management/customer reporting
- Experience with product reporting in large banks (Retail, Corporate clients)
