The Tribe CTO role is key within the company. This is the person who is directly responsible for the development of a significant part of the business: for people, processes, and technologies combined.

What's important to me: — To love and be able to deal with "technologies and architecture". Practical engineering experience is a big plus. — Entrepreneurial approach. Understanding that results are driven not by FTEs in the HR budget, but by a resource that has weight in the direction's P&L. And the ability to manage this resource. — The ability to build processes and gather strong people around you. — Metrics are everything to us. You cannot manage qualitatively what you cannot measure.
