Our teams are improving fintech products for B2B and B2C. They build sites using TypeScript + React + Next.js with SSR. And they implement projects in a Kubernetes environment to ensure reliability for millions of MTS Bank customers.
You will:
- develop and scale the bank's digital platform
- be responsible for creating a seamless full digital process: from webview solutions to full-fledged API integration end-to-end
- develop the website and client digital services: implement DMP.One, launch a chatbot, create new pages and improve the customer journey
- develop partner channels and product showcases in applications, personal accounts, and web
- improve distance banking processes: shorten the product opening path, launch new scenarios and services
- participate in architectural decisions and development of integrations with internal and external systems
- manage the team's delivery process: planning, task decomposition, deadline and quality control
- foster engineering culture: code review, release processes, performance and security practices
- coordinate the work of frontend/backend teams and interaction with related departments
What is important to us:
- Team Lead / Tech Lead experience in digital, fintech, or web products
- Experience in managing a development team and delivery processes
- Understanding of modern web architecture and API-first approach
- Experience with integrations and high-load systems
- Practical experience in building development processes: CI/CD, code review, release management
- Skills in working with performance, reliability, and security
- Ability to make technical decisions and balance speed and quality
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and multiple teams simultaneously
- System thinking, independence, and result-orientation
