In Alfa-Bank we are looking for a **Head of Treasury.
What you will do:**
- Develop a long-term roadmap for improving data quality within Treasury;
- Manage the data quality team's backlog, organize team skill development;
- Implement and maintain data quality monitoring, assessment, and improvement processes;
- Develop data quality metrics (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, validity);
- Ensure data compliance with treasury behavioral and predictive model requirements;
- Interact with model development and implementation teams (MLOps) for input data verification;
- Participate in model validation from the perspective of data quality and representativeness;
- Organize the integration of quality checks into ETL and ML pipelines.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in finance, economics, applied mathematics, computer science);
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector within Treasury;
- At least 3 years of experience in data management is required;
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader (of 3 or more people);
- Practical experience in building a data quality control process when designing a data warehouse (DWH/Data Lake), experience with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau);
- Practical experience with DQ tools (SAS Data Quality, Informatica, Open Meta Data, etc.) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, etc.);
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, Python (pandas, numpy) for data analysis and verification;
- Experience in building dashboards and automated reports;
- Change management skills, managing IT team backlogs;
- Experience participating in large data transformation projects and implementing data governance practices in large organizations;
- Possession of certificates: CFA, FRM, CDP, DAMA-CDMP.
