Data Engineer (Cross-Border Transfers)

We are a young and ambitious cross-border transfers team at Alfa-Bank. Our metrics are growing multiple times each year. We are looking for a competent and motivated Junior Data Engineer to provide the business with detailed, high-quality, and up-to-date data.

Salary: target -- 220 thousand RUB gross (before tax), the specific amount is discussed individually. Tech stack: Oracle/Greenplum/S3, Airflow/PySpark, Power BI/Superset, SQL, Python Work format: hybrid

What you will do • Develop data marts in the warehouse and dashboards • Develop ETL pipelines on Airflow / PySpark. • Full cycle of working on tasks requiring involvement of related Data Engineer teams: prepare BRD/FSD, oversee the work, test the delivery. • Develop Near Real Time reporting. • Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders.

Requirements • Proficient SQL • Solid knowledge of Python • Solid knowledge of database theory • Confident proficiency with Git

Will be a plus • Understanding of how data storage and processing infrastructure is organized in large companies • 3-6 months of relevant experience • Proficiency with CI/CD tools
