🔥 VACANCY: Data-Engineer (Outstaff / Bank) 💸 Salary: from 320,000 ₽
A major bank (outstaff format) is looking for a strong Data Engineer capable of leading architectural changes and acting as a technical leader for the team.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Experience: 4–6+ years in DWH and industrial ETL. 🔹 Greenplum: Deep understanding of partitioning, data distribution, plan optimization for large volumes. 🔹 Apache Spark: Pipeline design, bottleneck troubleshooting (RDD, DAG, shuffle), cluster configuration and monitoring. 🔹 DevOps/CI/CD: Pipeline configuration (Liquibase, Jenkins, GitLab CI), experience with Airflow/Luigi/dbt. 🔹 Architecture: Data Vault 2.0, HUB/SAT/LINK modeling, corporate data warehouse design. 🔹 Languages: Java/Python for hybrid solutions and automation. 🔹 Data Quality: Implementation of monitoring systems, alerting, SLA, automatic process recovery.
What you will be doing: — Leading DWH solution redesign with a focus on speed and scalability; — Migrating legacy processes to a modern stack (Spark/Greenplum); — Developing unified ETL frameworks and standards for the team; — Mentoring engineers.
