About the project:
A large-scale project for the development and enhancement of a central data warehouse (DWH) for a major bank. Working with Big Data and complex ETL processes.
Key tasks:
- Development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes for DWH
- Working with huge volumes of data (tables with tens of billions of records)
- Development and support of data warehouse layers (GreenPlum, Oracle)
- Writing high-load SQL queries, their profiling and optimization
- Automation of processes using AirFlow
Mandatory requirements:
- Citizenship of the Russian Federation (mandatory)
- Experience in the banking sector from 1 year
- Strictly ETL development experience from 2 years
- Advanced SQL (complex queries, window functions, optimization)
- Development experience with GreenPlum and Oracle, knowledge of PL/SQL
- Critical: practical experience with AirFlow and Informatica IPC
- Experience with Python and PySpark for data engineering tasks
- Knowledge of DWH construction principles, data models (Data Vault, Kimball)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with other ETL tools (Apache NiFi, Talend, DataStage)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
