Head of Product Analytics (Compliance)

T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Head of Product Analytics — Compliance.

Compliance is a corporate function that shapes the culture and practice of risk management within the company. They manage money laundering risks, sanctions, and ethical risks, build and control processes, and create solutions that allow the business to develop safely.

Focus of the Department:

• Build analytical processes for managing online risks;
• Increase transparency: expand the use of analytics in risk assessment and increase the proportion of data-driven decisions;
• Identify new opportunities for developing data-driven processes;
• Transform risk expertise into systematically working processes that allow the team to autonomously deliver a complete analytical product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance analytics team: participate in hiring and develop employees
• Formulate and implement a strategic vision for analytics in compliance
• Build analytical processes for several teams with different domains
• Systematize research and delivery of analytical solutions to internal clients
• Develop a data-driven decision-making culture
• Improve the quality of compliance products using analytics
• Support top management in defining context and making data-driven decisions

Requirements:

• You have 3+ years of experience managing an analytics team of 15+ people
• You have experience with risks: credit, fraud, compliance, or information security
• You have experience building analytical infrastructure and understand data warehousing principles
• You have experience applying machine learning methods
• You know how to manage a team and develop employees to the level of senior specialists and managers
• You can work with SQL and Python
• You are familiar with BI tools and reporting principles
• You understand metric types and principles of their selection, and have experience building metric hierarchies
• You can visualize data and explain the results of complex research in an understandable way, including to top management
• You can link analytical conclusions and numerical indicators to business impact
