Data Quality / Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for data quality control, information system monitoring, and release support. The role is at the intersection of support, data analysis, and IS operation.

🧠 What we expect:

— understanding of the main data quality criteria: completeness, consistency, timeliness; — ability to formalize data quality checks and prepare technical documentation; — proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL); — basic knowledge of Python and Pandas; — experience with Apache Airflow; — basic knowledge of Bash; — confident Excel user; — experience with Grafana and Fine BI; — experience with Informatica ETL and Omnitracker will be a plus.

🔧 What you will be doing:

— monitoring the performance and availability of information systems; — controlling the availability of services, integrations, and infrastructure; — setting up and developing monitoring systems; — analysis and routing of incidents; — analysis of the results of automatic data quality checks; — release support: acceptance of changes and installation of new versions; — updating service and operational documentation (Admin Guide, IS Passport, Knowledge Base); — participation in the acceptance of functional documentation; — supporting the role model and meeting information security requirements; — conducting DR testing (Disaster Recovery); — interacting with related teams on operational and integration issues.
