Technical Director/ Product Tribe.

The Tribe CTO is a key role in the company. This is a person who is directly responsible for the development of a significant part of the business: for people, processes, and technologies all at once.

Important:

• Love and be able to "do technologies and architecture". Practical engineering experience is a big plus.
• Entrepreneurial approach. Understanding that results are brought not by FTEs in HR budget, but by a resource that has weight in the P&L of the direction. And the ability to manage this resource. — Ability to build processes and gather strong people around you. — Metrics are our everything. You cannot qualitatively manage what you cannot measure.
