We are looking for a Head of Strategic Programs at Alfa-Bank.
What you will be doing:
- Control the implementation of strategic projects and programs for import substitution of critical information infrastructure (CII) objects
- Communicate with the Central Bank of Russia and participate in working groups at the financial sector level
- Manage 20-30 projects within the programs
- Interact with top management
- Conduct negotiations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project and Program Manager in IT companies
- Experience in implementing import substitution projects and programs for CII (critical information infrastructure) objects
- Knowledge of CBR regulations and regulatory policy
- Experience communicating with the Central Bank of Russia and participating in working groups at the financial sector level
- Proven experience in implementing IT systems and complex integration projects
- Knowledge of the full development cycle: from requirements gathering to implementation and scaling (Delivery and Rollout process)
- Experience interacting with top management (department heads, CTOs, IT leaders)
- Ability to conduct negotiations, resolve conflicts, and build cross-functional communication
- Ability to formalize requirements and prepare solutions for management
- Advanced level: Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.
- Desirable: Power BI or similar for data visualization (we work with reports implemented in Power BI, dashboards)
- Leadership qualities and result orientation
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Ability to work in an intensive mode and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
