A Head of Innovative Projects is required for Moscow Exchange.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the decision-making cycle: Full support for quarterly meetings of the Innovation Committee. You will prepare materials based on which the Management Board will decide the fate of technological strategies.
- Implement AI in management: This is not bureaucracy. Your task is to automate metric collection. You will use and implement AI tools for data analysis instead of manual report collection.
- Work with top management: Direct communication with Product Line Directors, the supervising Management Board member, and the Chairman of the Management Board.
- Form a picture of the future: Collect and visualize innovation implementation metrics on a large scale. You will show the company where we are heading in the technological race.
- Monitor execution: Ensure that Committee decisions are not left on paper but are implemented in the Exchange's processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT/FinTech: You have worked as a Project/Program Manager in a product company, bank, or technology vendor. You understand what a technological stream and product lifecycle are.
- Governance Skills: You know how to prepare materials for the Management Board or Board of Directors. You understand the importance of deadlines, confidentiality, and accuracy of wording.
- Technology Enthusiast: You are not afraid of the term "Artificial Intelligence." You are ready to propose and implement an AI solution for data collection to eliminate routine tasks.
- Communication Superpower: You can gently but persistently obtain information from busy technical directors and coordinate documents at the highest level.
- Systems Thinking: You see the entire process: from a developer's idea to a report to the Supervisory Board.
