• At least 3 years of experience in retail lending as a Product Owner/Manager
• Knowledge of processes and regulatory framework (353-FZ) for retail lending
• Experience managing your own team
• Proactivity and result-orientation

You will:

• Manage a full stack team
• Manage the development of consumer lending products, profitability, and assess their effectiveness
• Be responsible for the profitability of products sold
• Formulate business requirements for the product
• Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and form product offerings based on them
• Manage projects for creating new and modifying existing products
