Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced leader for the technical team developing MLOps expertise products for Alfa-Bank for projects involving document processing using AI tools.

Who we are - Alfa-Bank's MLOps Expertise Development Center. We are developing a unified MLOps ecosystem for the bank. ● Model development environment / train and inference pipelines ● Model execution environment and delivery pipelines ● Non-model services environment ● Feature Store ● AutoML ● A/B testing ● RAG and AI agents

● Deep dive into product implementation processes and cross-team collaboration ● Manage teams, be responsible for the quality of the release cycle, participate in R&D ● Manage customer expectations ● Have a technical vision for product development ● Plan sprints, be responsible for timely implementation according to DoD ● Proactive resolution of potential infrastructure problems ● Dive into architecture and development ● Structured approach to short-term and medium-term planning using Jira, organizing work with technical debt

Requirements: ● Solid understanding of DevOps and MLOps processes. ● Experience managing development teams ● Understanding of banking processes, credit pipelines ● Experience conducting 1-1s, creating individual development plans, onboarding rules, etc. ● Understanding of the product approach, thinking with a backlog for a year ahead ● Experience diving into infrastructure tasks - k8s, devops, ci/cd – will be an advantage ● Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK – will be an advantage ● Experience in FinTech/banks – will be an advantage
