MLOps Systems Analyst for the development of MLOps products at Alfa-Bank. Collaborates with the team to shape product vision, design integrations, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop MLOps products (model development environment, model execution environment, A/B testing platform)
- Shape product vision collaboratively with the PO
- Slice and estimate tasks (together with the team), responsible for deadlines and quality of solutions
- Develop technical specifications, align requirements between DS and MLOps teams and Business Stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation for user tools for operation within a unified ML ecosystem for application and training
- Collect, analyze, and document Business Requirements (BR), Functional Requirements (FR), Non-functional Requirements (NFR)
- Design integrations
- Participate in functional testing
- Participate in implementation and support processes
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in developing infrastructure and/or microservices solutions
- Over 1 year of experience with ML/MLOps
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK, SQL
- Understanding of RAG and LLM principles, AI agents
- Knowledge of REST principles, skill in designing REST services, ability to analyze REST service performance using Postman or similar tools, as well as browser console
- Independence, proactivity, and initiative in making suggestions
- Full immersion in the infrastructure and team, willingness to help colleagues and users
- Ability to grasp the overall picture of the expected outcome, rather than just solving a specific assigned task
