Vacancy: Lead System Analyst, IT Team Lead

The team is building a unified mobile HR application for a bank, designed to support an employee throughout their entire journey within the company — from the initial application to continuous professional development. This is part of a large digital ecosystem where all HR processes are consolidated into a single interface, eliminating paperwork and unnecessary steps. The application is available on Google Play and App Store and currently allows users to:

• complete an interview and a test assignment
• accept and sign an offer
• formalize an employment contract and review internal regulations
• go through the onboarding process
• learn and develop within the company
• order equipment or a workspace

The team has ambitious plans for platform development, and we are currently looking for a Lead System Analyst, IT Team Lead, who will take on a key role in product development.

🔥 Responsibilities:

• Initially — immerse in the functionality of key bank systems and HR processes
• Constant interaction with other teams to achieve common product goals
• Analysis of service and component architecture
• System analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and developing optimal solutions
• Leading the development of functional requirements, including integrations (REST API)
• Managing a team of analysts and developers (approximately 8 people)
• Decomposing complex tasks and identifying dependencies between them
• Working with the full cycle: from development to supporting solutions
• Participation in architectural and technical decision-making
• Partial involvement in business analysis (to a small extent)

✏️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience in leading IT teams
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles
• Knowledge of information system design and development principles
• Experience in describing functional requirements based on use cases / user stories
• Experience in system analysis and working with integrations
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of modern technology stack (React, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience working with system analysis notations (specific notations are not limited, the awareness of the choice is important)
