Centicore, an accredited IT company, is looking for a LEAD System Analyst for a large fintech project, joining the team for a new credit conveyor for the bank, built on the Camunda platform.
What needs to be done:
- Technical onboarding of system analysis employees.
- Individual work with new employees, task control, and support during the onboarding process.
- Organizing interaction between mentors and newcomers, monitoring the process efficiency.
- Developing career growth plans for employees in the field of system analysis.
- Tracking employee progress through metrics (documentation quality, performance, task completion).
- Assisting in solving technical issues in system analysis.
- Consulting system analysts on architectural solutions, synchronizing with technical leaders of related areas.
- Auditing product backlogs of teams for tasks aimed at reducing technical debt.
- Analyzing and escalating SLA violations for tasks aimed at reducing technical debt.
- Developing the technological stack and innovations in system analysis.
- Implementing modern technologies and practices within the scope of competence.
- Technological arbitration in the field of system analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with system analysis standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis.
- Experience in designing microservices and web services operating via SOAP protocol or using the REST approach.
- Experience in developing OpenAPI specifications as part of designing REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Experience in analyzing bugs and failures in the production environment.
- Knowledge of microservice architectural design patterns and practical experience in their application.
