We are looking for a strong Tech Lead who is ready to combine architectural vision with team management. The project is in the Insurance domain — high-load systems, microservices, integrations, and basic ML work.

Technical Requirements (C#/.NET): 🔹 Web development from 3 years 🔹 C# (.NET, .NET Core, WebAPI), .NET 6+ 🔹 Application of OOP, SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY patterns 🔹 Understanding of REST architecture 🔹 Database work: EF Core, database design, T-SQL 🔹 Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ 🔹 Principles of synchronous and asynchronous integration 🔹 Writing Unit tests 🔹 Experience with using/building CI/CD 🔹 Design of high-load applications in a microservice architecture 🔹 Knowledge of architectural design and integration patterns 🔹 Understanding of basic AI and ML concepts (as an advantage)

Management Skills: 👥 Management of a development group (mentoring) — from 1.5 years 📋 Work with agile methodologies: SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe 🗣 Conducting SCRUM rituals: daily, grooming, planning, retro 💬 Good communication skills (interaction with business and related teams)
