Lead Developer for the B2B Settlement Products Team (Java)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product team for the internet bank
- Organize team activities: participate in planning, assign tasks, monitor deadlines and quality of results
- Engage in backend development of Java applications using Spring Boot
- Develop and improve the existing system based on personal experience and own suggestions
- Establish best practices and processes within teams to further enhance the project's level
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Experience in developing systems with microservice architecture
- Knowledge of Java Spring: Core, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Experience working with Kafka, understanding the principles of asynchronous service development
- Understanding of the Scrum approach in the software development process
- Experience in managing the development process within a team
- Excellent knowledge and experience in establishing best practices for a microservice architecture system
- Knowledge and experience in building processes and improving standards in a development team
- Higher education degree
