- Organizing and coordinating the work of a scrum development team
- Assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution
- Developing applications using a microservice architecture, including independent code writing
- Designing and developing microservices and integration services / APIs
- Designing RESTful APIs in accordance with best practices
- Conducting code reviews

- Responsibility and self-discipline
- Ability to effectively manage one's own time and the team's time
- Understanding of work ethics (in communication with the team and client)
- Team Lead / Tech Lead experience of 4+ years
- Solid Java development experience
- Practical experience in building microservice architecture
- Experience in designing and developing high-load systems
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum)
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence tools
