The SIBERIA bath complex is looking for an Operations Director to build a system where the business operates predictably and scales — without a proportional increase in staff.
Siberia Group combines a restaurant and a chain of premium bath complexes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organizational structure and management company. Design a holding structure where the management company acts as a back-office: unit functions, links with units, interaction regulations. The model must withstand 10, 20, or more facilities.
- Team. Participation in hiring unit managers and functional directors, onboarding, setting goals and KPIs, performance evaluation, HR decisions.
- Tasks and projects. Fixing projects and new directions, managing each to completion. Managing priorities, deadlines, execution control. Founder's tasks must be completed.
- Systems, automation, AI. Description and systematization of processes, automation based on 1C, iiko, CRM, and related systems. Implementation of AI for data verification and reduction of manual labor.
- Reporting and shareholders. Review of financial, commercial, and other block reporting, collection of regular reporting from managers, consolidated reporting for shareholders, answering their questions.
We are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Director or Head of Management Company.
- Experience in chain restaurants, fitness, wellness, spa hotels, or premium segment country complexes.
- Practical experience in building chain and holding structures with a management company acting as a back-office — from scratch.
- Worked in a company with a network of 5 or more facilities and participated in its growth.
- Built organizational structures: functions, areas of responsibility, regulations.
- Participated in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating senior and middle managers.
- Implemented systems for managing tasks, performance indicators, and processes.
- Practical experience in process automation: 1C, iiko or similar, CRM, BI reporting.
- Practical experience in applying AI tools in management and data processing.
