A Director of Operational Efficiency is needed for the foodtech company GrowFood.
Grow Food is a service for the production and delivery of proper and healthy nutrition with production facilities in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Yekaterinburg.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the full cycle of operational improvement projects: from diagnostics to implementation and results in production.
- Automate quality and sanitation control, implement digital labor standardization.
- Manage a portfolio of change projects.
- Create dashboards and reports on process efficiency.
- Work "on the ground" – most of the time will be spent in the workshops, not in the office.
- The processes at the plant are set up above average — the task is not to "start from scratch", but to bring them to a fundamentally new level of efficiency.
What is expected from the candidate:
Mandatory:
- Experience in implementing complex production changes and processes.
- Proven experience in personal implementation of BI solutions, MES, AI and other digitalization tools.
- Willingness for productive conflict with line personnel — the ability to defend changes and bring them to completion.
- Director-level: independent decision-making, deadline management, project portfolio formation without constant top-down control.
- Focus on "field" work, not office work.
