The unified fitness subscription service Fitmost invites an Operations Director to join the team, someone who can dive into processes, see cause-and-effect relationships, and turn an ambitious strategy into clear, working systems.
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for the company's operational efficiency and key business processes
- Identify where things are "not right" in the company: processes, areas of responsibility, communications, metrics, product and operational interfaces
- Determine what needs to be addressed immediately, what can be improved gradually, and what is best left untouched for now
- Build priorities between growth, speed, quality, and manageability
- Find growth points in business processes, team, structure, customer and partner experience
- Scale the company without losing speed and entrepreneurial drive
- Strengthen the management system: goals, metrics, areas of responsibility, meeting rhythm, decision-making
- Work at the intersection of product, IT, sales, partner teams, marketing, customer service, and finance
- Translate strategic goals into understandable operational plans and ensure their execution
- Assist the CEO in focusing on strategy, growth, team, and key external opportunities
What is important:
- Experience in a similar role: COO, Operations Director, Development/Operations Director, CEO-1, Managing Director, or a closely related position by scale
- Experience working in a business with revenue from 1 billion rubles and managing or closely working with a team of 100+ people
- Experience in IT, digital, marketplace, subscription/service business, e-commerce, consumer tech, or another technology company
- Understanding of product and IT teams, ability to speak their language
- Systemic approach without bureaucracy – ability to create order where needed, and not kill speed where it is more important
- Good understanding of cause-and-effect relationships: why a process breaks, where profitability is lost, why a team is stalling, where customer or partner experience is declining
- Ability to set priorities when there are more important tasks than resources
- Willingness to dive into complex, unorganized areas and bring them to a clear structure
- Calm attitude towards change and ability to lead the team through it
