Fitness Director | Ozonefc Location: Tashkent

Ozonefc is one of the dynamically developing fitness chains in Uzbekistan. We are currently looking for a Fitness Director who will become the leader of the fitness direction and influence not only the work of coaches but also the product development and the club's business results.

This is a position for a strong manager who knows how to build teams, manage KPIs, develop service, and create a fitness product that people choose and return to.

What you will be doing: — Manage the coaching team: recruitment, onboarding, development, motivation, and certification. — Manage all fitness zones of the club and training schedules. — Be responsible for the quality of the training process, service, and adherence to ozonefc standards. — Develop sales of personal training sessions and customer retention. — Analyze KPIs and be responsible for the commercial results of the fitness direction. — Launch new fitness programs, directions, and formats. — Conduct training sessions, masterclasses, and internal events for the team. — Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams. — Monitor the safety and maintenance of equipment. — Participate in sports, CSR, and charity projects.

What is important to us: — 2+ years of management experience in a fitness department, club, or coaching team. — Team management experience: setting tasks, controlling results, motivating, and developing employees. — Understanding of the fitness direction's economics and experience working with commercial KPIs. — Practical experience in increasing personal training sales and/or customer retention. — Understanding of modern fitness products and customer service. — Strong leadership and organizational skills. — Systemic approach, initiative, and high responsibility for results.
