We are looking for a commercial manager to develop B2B IT solutions sales, increase revenue, and scale the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Management of an office and a team of up to 25 employees. • Development of sales and client base. • Increase in recurring revenue and partnership development. • Control of KPIs and financial indicators.
We are looking for you if: • You have at least 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in B2B sales management. • You have experience in IT or a technology-focused B2B business. • You have managed a team of 10 or more people. • You know how to negotiate with key clients and develop sales.
Conditions: • 5/2 work schedule, 9:00–18:00. • Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. • Base salary + bonuses based on revenue and margin.
