Clothing brand ZNWR is seeking an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the brand's CEO and department heads;
- Strategic and operational management of the brand's activities in the Russian Federation;
- Implementation and control of project management and coordination of internal projects;
- Building and scaling successful business models;
- Developing, optimizing current, and implementing new business processes;
- Searching for, analyzing, developing, and implementing new technologies to improve the brand's operational efficiency;
- Forming a results-oriented team, managing teams, and organizing effective teamwork;
- Setting plans for specific areas, distributing tasks to departments, and controlling their execution, with leading personal involvement in achieving results;
- Developing new sales channels;
- Studying competitor experience;
- Budgeting;
- Analyzing operational efficiency, annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong systemic manager with developed soft skills;
- At least 5 years of operational management experience (experience in the fashion segment will be an advantage);
- Successful cases of implementing and building business processes, and departmental performance indicators under personal management;
- Advanced project management skills;
- High level of organizational skills;
- Team management skills: setting goals and tasks, controlling execution, managing employee performance;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Goal-oriented thinking;
- Responsibility for results;
- Flexible intellect and resourcefulness.
