A football apparel manufacturing company, currently undergoing an active transformation, is seeking an Operations Director to help restructure internal processes to achieve exponential growth and solidify its market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Diagnosis and establishment of the financial structure (P&L, Cash Flow), cost optimization, working capital management, and accounts receivable.
- Commercial Block: Audit and strengthening of the sales department, implementation of a transparent motivation system (KPI), CRM reporting, and key client management processes.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimization of the supply chain from China, control of production deadlines and logistics (on-time delivery), quality management with contractors.
- Systematization: Implementation of operational regulations, performance metrics, and OKR goal system.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as COO or CFO with expanded functionality.
- Experience in one of the following industries: apparel, sporting goods, FMCG, or contract manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of the operational cycle (production — foreign economic activity — warehouse — client) and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in optimizing business processes and managing teams during periods of change.
- Willingness to travel to China (2–3 times a year).
