The company-distributor of equipment and accessories iSpot is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of subordinate units (warehouse, finance, accounting, IT, HR)
- Description, construction, optimization of business processes, their implementation into the constructed processes of the commercial block, refinement of the CRM system and 1C (from a process perspective)
- Implementation of KPIs for each department and control over their achievement
- Building a transparent system of management reporting
- Reduction of operational costs and improvement of the efficiency of all subordinate services
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 3–5 years
- Mandatory experience in building and optimizing business processes in CRM
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics, accounting, and handling of claims
- Understanding of financial and management accounting
- Will be an advantage: experience in trading companies (especially with imported goods), experience in implementing BI systems
