Confectionery manufacturer and importer Mix Trade is looking for an Operations Director.
Mission – to become the right hand of the General Director and an integrator between strategic vision and operational implementation. You will take full responsibility for all the company's operational activities – from raw material procurement to finished product shipment and payment collection.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Operations Management:
- Implementation and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency.
- Development and implementation of KPIs for operational units.
- Organization and control of all company departments: warehouse, production, logistics, foreign trade sales, and development department.
Development and Scaling of Operational Processes:
- Preparing the company for growth: creating a system that will not fall apart with increasing turnover.
- Standardization of processes for rapid launch of new directions.
- Implementation of management tools (Bitrix24, WMS, BI systems).
- Definition and implementation of company growth strategies.
Control and Analytics:
- Daily monitoring of key operational indicators.
- Identification and elimination of bottlenecks in processes.
- Reduction of operational costs and losses.
- Digitization of all key company indicators.
Team Leadership:
- Management of the operational team (all company departments).
- Employee development and motivation.
- Implementation of a culture of responsibility and performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 5 years of operational management experience (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics).
- Sees business as a system and can find weak spots.
- Ready to take responsibility for results.
- Can push through changes without formal authority.
- Speaks the language of numbers, not emotions.
- Possesses leadership qualities and can influence the team.

- Probationary period of 3 months with a salary from 200,000 ₽/month.
