A Coral Club healthy brand is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Control of the company's sales offices, distribution centers (warehouses), and online store operations across Russia (26 regions);
- Resolution of operational issues with heads of offices and warehouses;
- Participation in the development of office budgets;
- Preparation of statistics on sales office performance, assessment of their profitability;
- Control of employee headcount in offices and warehouses, organization of personnel changes;
- Conducting negotiations and meetings with employees, resolving conflict situations;
- Setting operational tasks for offices and warehouses;
- Control and organization of office and warehouse infrastructure updates;
- Preparation of instructions and regulations;
- Implementation of the company's operational strategy at the country level;
- Interaction with cross-functional company teams, project management.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations management in retail, FMCG, or MLM;
- Ability to manage distributed teams;
- Process optimization skills, experience with performance indicators (KPIs);
- Understanding of logistics, customer service, and retail trade;
- High personal organization, initiative, results-orientation;
- Independent, decision-making ability, customer-oriented;
- Experience working with the Chestny ZNAK system.
